| A. | California DMV/court requirements are that all licensed traffic schools must have a minimum word court AND not A TIME LIMIT. Our school meets that state requirement. |
| Q. | How much do you charge? |

| A. | Every court is $13.95. BUT remember that no matter what our court price is, we will match any other licensed traffic schools price if you request it. JUST CALL US AND ASK, we match prices all the time! |

What's the course like? |

| A. | There are 11 chapters and a final. Very easy questions too. Here is an example: "You have to have car insurance before driving a car" (true/false) Know that one? If so, you can pass our course. And you have two chances to pass the final now thanks to the DMV. |

When do I pay? |

| A. | After the introduction, you can pay with a credit card right on line. Or by check. Ask the others when they make you pay. Up front? Why pay first? Only pay when you are happy. |
| Q. | Do I have to do it all at once? |

| A. | No, you can log in and out any time you want. Unlike many other schools. |
| Q. | If I don't pass, can I take it again free? |
|---|---|
| A. | You can take the course again once for free after re-registering. The student has two chances to pass and if they fail twice, they will then have to retake the same course completely or choose a completely different course. |

What happens to my Certificate when I finish? |

| A. | Depending on your court, we either file it electronically, send it to their database, fax it, mail it or e-mail it to them directly or send you a copy. |

Are you officially affiliated with any court or outside agencies? |

| A. | No, we are not. No traffic school is. And no court or outside agency can be held liable for any actions of ITS. Not the DMV. Not HACOLA, CCS, NTSI or any Superior Court. |

| A. | Not right now. However, we will and also Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese and more too. |
